Allowing Teaching Assistants to Grade Assignments

  1. Navigate to your course site.
  2. Click on the Site Info tool in the menu bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Click on Add Participants.
  4. Click on Yes when asked whether participants have an official UD email address.
  5. Enter your TA's UD username or ID number in the text box.
  6. Click on Continue.
  7. Select TA-Grading from the Role column next to the TA's name.
  8. Click on Finish.
  9. Once the TA is added to your site with the TA-Grading role, they'll be able to grade in the Assignments tool.

These instructions allow TAs to grade in the Assignments tool. To give them access to grade in Gradebook, please see Gradebook instructions for allowing TAs to grade.
