Add/Edit/Delete To-Do List Notes

The To-Do List tool includes a Notes section for general notes that are not related to specific items on your to-do list. The Notes will always be visible at the top of your To-Do List.

Adding To-Do List Notes

To add Notes to your To-Do List:

  1. In your site's menubar, click To-Do List.
  2. Put your cursor in the Notes section.
  3. Type notes to accompany your To-Do List.
  4. Click Save.

Editing To-Do List Notes

To edit Notes in your To-Do List:

  1. Put your cursor in the Notes section.
  2. Type additional notes or select notes to remove.
  3. Click Save.

Deleting To-Do List Notes

To delete Notes in your To-Do List:

  1. Select any existing text in the Notes section you would like to remove and press delete on your keyboard.
  2. Click Save.
