Check to make sure my final grades are accurate

Here is a checklist you can use to make sure your final grades in Isidore are ready to be entered into Porches.

1. If you're using the Assignments tool:
   • Make sure all assignments have been graded.
   • Make sure assignment grades have been released.
   • Make sure assignments grades have been sent to the Gradebook.
2. If you're using Tests and Quizzes tool:
   • Make sure all assessments have been graded.
   • Make sure assessment scores have been sent to the Gradebook.
3. If you're using the Attendance tool:
   • Make sure attendance grades have been entered.
   • Make sure attendance grades have been sent to the Gradebook.
4. If you're using Gradebook tool:
   • Verify Categories & Weighting settings.
   • Verify the Grading Scale.
   • Look for empty gradebook cells and enter missing scores.
   • Make sure gradebook items have been released to students and included in the course grade.
   • Verify that items are in the correct category if Categories or Categories & Weighting are enabled.
   • Ensure that the asterisk (*) next to students' course grades disappears. The asterisk indicates that there are items included in the grade calculation that may still need to be graded.
   • Make grade adjustments using the grade override feature.
   • Display course grades to students.
5. Enter your final course grades in Porches.
