Leaving the University? How to take your Isidore materials with you

From eLearning Wiki

This is a self-service page for staff and instructors who wish to take their Isidore content with them to another University. Once you separate from the University, your account will be disabled, and you’ll lose access to Isidore. Isidore content is backed up frequently and securely, and will be retained (at minimum) for the time period in which students are allowed to appeal a grade.

For questions and information regarding separation from the University, please contact the Office of Human Resources or consult the Human Resources policies available in Porches.

Going to another institution that uses Sakai?

If you're going to another institution that uses Sakai as their Learning Management System, there is a Site Archive feature we can use to download your course site for import into another Sakai system. We cannot guarantee that the site archive will be able to be imported to another institution's Learning Management System, due to the custom tools and features developed in Isidore. If you would like to learn more about the site archive option, please email onlinelearning@udayton.edu.
