Post/Respond to Forum messages

From eLearning Wiki

In the Forums tool, you can post a message that begins a new conversation, and post responses to the messages in existing conversations. Please note that if your instructor has enabled the setting whether users must post before reading, you will not be able to see your classmates' posts until after you post in the topic.
