If you have an official UD username and password, you cannot reset your password within Isidore. You can visit http://password.udayton.edu to reset your password. If you're unable to reset your password, please contact the IT Service Center via email@example.com or (937) 229-3888.
If you have an Isidore guest account, you can reset your Isidore password.
To do so:
- Navigate to https://isidore.udayton.edu and click on the Guest Users link.
- Click on the Reset Password link.
- Enter your email address in the text box and press the Send Password button.
- An email will be sent to your email account that contains instructions for resetting your password. You'll need to reset your password within 1 hour or else the link to reset your password will expire.
